Dr. Katie Lubbers, PT, DPT, CCRT
Owner, Doctor of Physical Therapy
Dr. Katie is from Tahlequah, OK. She attended Tahlequah High School, Northeastern State University, then earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from UAMS in Fayetteville, AR. UAMS is now the #1 ranked PT program in the US, so her educational background is the best of the best.
Dr. Katie is passionate about improving the world of physical therapy, and proving that individualized care is the gold standard. Some of her favorite things to treat are sports injuries, neurological diagnoses, and canines!
Bryce Lubbers, Owner/CEO
Bryce is the business mind behind this clinic. He is originally from Ulysses, KS, but moved to Oklahoma to attend Northeastern State University, where he and Dr. Katie met in 2013. Bryce and his family own a marina on Lake Tenkiller, where he directs all operations, year round. He loves helping businesses prosper, and works tirelessly behind the scenes to improve his businesses to better serve their communities.
Hunter Rasha, PTA
Hunter was the first official addition to the Limitless crew. She graduated in 2020 with her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Carl Albert State College. Hunter worked with Dr. Katie for many years, and they knew they wanted to keep working together. Fun fact: Hunter was invited to work here before Limitless even had a name! She is the sweetest person, but isn’t scared to make you work! Hunter lives in the Lake Tenkiller area with her husband, and she is a mama to one sweet baby girl named Ember, and three spoiled fur babies.
Ashlee West, PTA
Ashlee came to work at Limitless in 2023 after completing her Physical Therapist Assistant degree. She and Dr. Katie went to NSU together, so they have known each other for 10+ years. She is a wonderful source of knowledge and answers all of our random questions, especially if they pertain to pharmaceuticals. She was a pharmacy tech for many years before becoming a PTA! Ashlee is married and has two sweet boys named Jackson and Everett.
Leanne Warrior, Office Manager
Leanne started working here in 2023 and has helped this clinic more than we can even put into words. She wears many hats, and does a ton behind the scenes. She is the most incredible worker, and our patients absolutely adore her. She has a background in office management and also worked in the insurance industry prior to starting at Limitless. She has kids and a wonderful husband who we sometimes put to work (Sorry, Kevin!)
Carlee Toney, PTA
Carlee is the newest addition to the Limitless Crew! She is originally from Poteau and now lives near Lake Tenkiller with her husband and their fur baby, Chief. She graduated from Carl Albert State College with her Physical Therapist Assistant degree in May 2026, and started working here shortly afterward. She was one of our students in Fall 2025, and we are lucky to have her back as an employee!
Button, Clinic Dog
8/29/2012- 8/09/2022
The clinic dog with the biggest heart. Button was quick to cuddle and excited to be on the Limitless Team. Button was adopted from the Humane Society of Cherokee County in 2012, and made herself a staple in her family’s life. Button was the inspiration for Katie becoming a CCRT (Certified Canine Rehabilitation Therapist). Due to Limitless opening in June 2022, Button was only the clinic dog for a few months before gaining her angel wings due to liver cancer. The loss was extremely sudden and extremely hard. She was with Katie for 10 years, and will never be forgotten.
